Dr. Chad Patrick was born in Tucson, Arizona. While in grade school he was in a car accident, he seemed fine after the accident so his parents let him play in a soccer game the next day. While playing in that game he headed a ball and felt extreme pain in the neck with immediate splitting headache. His parents took him to the local chiropractor, and on his first adjustment he felt incredible relief. That experience led him to regular chiropractic care throughout his life, and would inspire him in the future. He later went on to start pre medical studies at the University of Arizona and later Missouri State. In his undergraduate studies he changed focus to business and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems and Human Resource Management. He was recruited prior to graduation to write Medical software for large hospital systems.

He never forgot the care he received from his Chiropractor, and came to a realization that although he was helping patients by writing Hospital Software, he wanted to work directly with patients. He decided to further his education and pursue a doctorate in chiropractic at Palmer College in San Jose, California. His son was born in the middle of the doctorate program and he was inspired to study pre and post-natal chiropractic care, chiropractic pediatrics, and the effects of Chiropractic on Fertility. He also studied Functional Nutrition and Golf Biophysics, Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), Pettibon Technique, Activator methods, Thompson Drop techniques. He has served as a sports medicine advisor to local middle school and high school sports teams. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic, he moved to North San Diego County and began his own practice in 2006. Over time he built an integrative practice including functional medicine and nutrition and added medical doctors, acupuncture, functional nutrition and massage therapists.

He served in leadership roles for the California Chiropractic Association (CCA) and met with the governor, senators and congressman as a CCA "Key Doctor" to discuss state and national healthcare issues. He won California Congressional recognition for "Best Health Business" for clinical excellence and community service. After 15 years of practice in California he and his family relocated to Dripping Springs Texas where they currently reside. He brings He brings 20+ years of healthcare experience working in private and public hospitals, and in private practice.

Away from the office, Dr. Patrick likes to spend downtime being outdoors as much as possible hiking, biking, golfing, fishing and floating. He and his wife Karyn are the proud parents of three amazing children, two of whom graduated from Dripping Springs High School. He loves spending time with his family and volunteering for church functions.
