Who runs this site
TexStar Chiropractic runs this website and the clinics in Austin, Bee Cave, Buda, and Dripping Springs / Belterra. The practice address for mail is 4601 Southwest Pkwy, Suite 101, Austin, TX 78735. One phone number reaches every clinic: (512) 899-2228.
The Notice of Privacy Practices for care at the clinic is a separate document. Ask the front desk for a copy. Keep medical history for the visit. A website form is a way to reach the clinic, and the exam happens in the office.
What you send us
We use what you submit to reply, book a visit, or read a job application. Each form keeps a different set of details.
- Contact form. Name, phone or email, the clinic you chose, a short topic, the page you were on, and any campaign tags in the web address. That note goes to the front desk at the clinic you picked.
- Chat. Name and email to start. If you ask for a call, we also keep your cell, the clinic, and whether you agreed to a text. The words you type are saved with that request. You are chatting with TexStar’s automated assistant. The clinic follows up during clinic hours.
- Booking in chat. Cell, date of birth, clinic, appointment time, how you heard about TexStar, and your agreement to the text-message terms. A last name is added when the name on file has only one part. The clinic confirms the visit.
- Schedule page. The calendar is the Patient Health Centers scheduler. What you type in that frame is handled by that service under its privacy policy and text-message terms. TexStar uses it to book the visit.
- Private feedback. The clinic and your note. A name is optional. It goes to the clinic manager and stays off public review sites.
- Jobs. Your name, email, and answers. That message goes to [email protected]. It is kept with hiring, separate from the patient list.
What the site records on its own
Two first-party cookies, texstar_vid and texstar_sid, remember a visit for about 13 months and a session for 30 minutes. They record the page, the kind of device, and where the visit came from, so we can see which pages people use. They are not an ad profile.
Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager when that container is turned on, may set its own cookies and receive the page address. Google describes that at policies.google.com/privacy.
The contact form and the job form use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent them. Cloudflare describes that at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. The map and the Google reviews widget are provided by Elfsight, described at elfsight.com/privacy-policy. The Standard Process store linked from the products page is a separate website, and its privacy policy applies once you leave this one. Some articles embed a YouTube video on the page. Opening that video tells YouTube which article you were reading.
Email and text messages
If you leave an email and ask about a visit, we may send follow-up notes about that visit. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and the Austin clinic address. Unsubscribing stops those emails. An appointment stays on the book until the clinic changes it.
We text a number only after that person ticks the consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You can book and be seen without agreeing to texts. Text messages go out between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Central time.
Selling, reviews, and how long we keep it
We do not sell personal information.
A public review is optional and goes to the clinic’s own Google listing. A private note uses the feedback form. A score never decides which of those you see.
We keep website messages and booking details while we need them to reply, schedule, and keep the records the clinic is required to keep. Call the front desk to come off marketing email or texts.
Children
This site is for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
