Pickleball knees show up every week from Bee Cave, Lakeway, and Spanish Oaks: stairs the next morning, a pinch on the lunge, or swelling after a third game. The exam for that is at 11614 Bee Caves Road, Suite 110. Knee on Trac is in this building. Results vary.
Why this sport bothers knees around Lake Travis
The court asks for hard stops and deep lunges, often on a weekend when the rest of the week was a desk and a drive on 620. The knee may complain on stairs, on the twist, or only after you cool down. Those details matter. Pain on the joint line is a different test from pain behind the kneecap, and both are different from pain that started in the back and ran past the knee.

What happens in Suite 110
Dr. John E. Jacobson, DC watches how you walk and which range hurts before he chooses a low-force adjustment, soft-tissue work, laser, cryotherapy, or Knee on Trac. Knee on Trac is a decompression device for the knee. It is not used because you play pickleball. It is used when the exam says that unloading the joint is reasonable.
Bee Cave hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am to 6pm, and Friday 8am to noon. Players coming from Lakeway, Falconhead, and The Homestead use this office rather than Southwest Parkway, which does not have the machine.
If you live in Kyle or Buda instead
The same device is at 181 Cimarron Park Loop. Do not drive to Bee Cave for Knee on Trac if Buda is the shorter trip. Buda opens at 9am Monday through Thursday.
Skip the clinic and get medical care if
The knee locks and will not straighten, it is hot and swollen with a fever, or you felt a pop and the knee gave way in a way you cannot walk on. An orthopedist, not a same-day decompression session, is the right next call for those.

Is every pickleball knee put on Knee on Trac?
No. Dr. Jacobson tests the knee first. A locked knee, a hot swollen knee with fever, or a joint that will not straighten needs medical care, not a machine.
Can I book Knee on Trac in Austin or Dripping Springs?
No. The machine is at Bee Cave and Buda only. Lakeway and Bee Cave players should use Bee Cave.
