What the $98 first visit at TexStar includes
The $98 new-patient special is the consult, a neuro-musculo-skeletal exam, one trial treatment chosen from that exam, and a findings review. You have to mention the offer when you schedule. It is not a promise about how you will feel afterward. Results vary.

The trial treatment is part of the exam. It is not billed separately. The doctor decides what is needed after the exam, not before it. Full numbers, including a $2 administration fee per visit, are on the new-patient page. Prices can change. Using insurance may lower what you pay.
What the trial can be
Depending on the findings, the trial may be spinal decompression, MLS laser, or spot cryotherapy. At Bee Cave and Buda, Knee on Trac can be the trial when the knee exam supports it. Austin and Dripping Springs do not have that knee machine.

Insurance, in one paragraph
All four clinics list these plans as in network: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United, Humana, Baylor Scott and White, Medicare, and Curative. Benefits vary by plan. Call +1 (512) 899-2228 for a benefits check before the first visit. Out-of-network benefits and self-pay are also available.
Book on the schedule page and say that you want the $98 offer. Restrictions may apply. The plan after that day is individualized. Care may reduce pain and improve function. Results vary.
Common Questions
What if I do not mention the offer?
The standard exam charge listed on the new-patient page is $65, with a verbal report of findings at a follow-up. Ask the front desk which rate applies when you book.
Are x-rays included?
No. X-rays of one body area are $33 and are taken only if the doctor says they are needed. More than one area, or no x-rays, changes the total.
Which clinic can I use?
Any of the four. Buda opens at 9am Monday through Thursday. The others open at 8am. Friday is 8am to noon at all four. Restrictions may apply.
