Three Stretches for At Home Sciatica Relief
November 15, 2025As Christmas approaches, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
I’m incredibly grateful to you, our patients, who trust us with your care. And for the doctors and support teams across TexStar who show up every day committed to do things the right way. That doesn’t happen by accident, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
This year brought some meaningful moments across our clinics.
I am so excited to welcome Dr. John Jacobson to TexStar Bee Cave. He’s brought with him an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience, some very cool new treatment options that we will be rolling out over the first part of the new year, and some really wonderful patients who we are so excited to welcome to TexStar. Dr. Jacobson’s amazing clinical skills combined with TexStar’s access to some of the best treatment options in the industry will make that clinic the premier place for musculoskeletal care in the Lake Travis area.
I’m incredibly proud of Dr. Corey Miller and what he has accomplished in his first year leading the Belterra/Dripping Springs clinic. Building a practice takes consistency, patience, and leadership. He’s done a great job serving his patients, building up our reputation in the area, and laying the groundwork for long-term success.
This year also marked a big career milestone for Dr. Ryan Woods in our Buda clinic. He celebrated five years with us and that kind of longevity says a lot about his commitment to his patients and to the high standards we set for ourselves and our teams.
In the Austin clinic, we celebrated a big personal milestone for Dr. Amy Ho as she and her husband welcomed their beautiful daughter into the world. With all of that happening she was still able to lead her clinic to one of the busiest years they have had in quite a while. She’s built an outstanding clinic team that continues to take great care of their patients while making it an incredibly fun place to work.
On a personal note, as much as I have enjoyed getting to work closely with the Bee Cave team during Dr. Jacobson’s onboarding, I will be transitioning back to my normal patient schedule in Austin in January and will once again be treating patients there on Wednesday mornings. Treating patients is why I got into this profession, and still what I love the most about my job, but I am looking forward to being able to spend more time working with all of the clinic teams to keep leveling up and delivering even better care.
To every patient who trusted TexStar Chiropractic this year—thank you. We don’t take that lightly. From all of us, I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a healthy New Year.
