Autism spectrum disorders are estimated to affect 1 in 68 children in the US according to the CDC. These numbers are staggering and really upsetting to us here at south Austin’s TexStar Chiropractic. Since this is not a condition we can treat directly we want to find a way to help do something about it.
SO, for the month of May we will donate 100% of the New Patient Exam fees that we collect back to a leading organization on the front lines of Autism Advocacy, “Autism Speaks”.
Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the lifespan, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of autism spectrum disorder; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
In order to make it easier for everyone to help spread this message and share this opportunity with as many people as possible we are reducing our new patient fee to only $50, which will cover a thorough consult and exam, any necessary x-rays, and a detailed report of findings.
We are really excited about this opportunity and hope that you will help make this a success so we can do it even bigger next year.
