April 8, 2021Welcome back once again to Buda/Kyle’s TexStar Chiropractic’s blog and the third (of nine) videos depicting quality of life enhancing home exercises that you can do virtually anywhere and anytime. This is one of the more efficient exercises from a time management perspective as “The Hyperextension” comprises ten total five-second stretch-and-hold movements. This exercise, when accomplished correctly, does wonders for the stabilizing muscles along the spine, glutes, and abs. This exercise offers the potential to significantly reduce lower back pain!
