OK, so we’re guessing that the title of our previous exercise videos gave you clues as to what you were about to accomplish. Now your reading “Wall Figure Four” and likely wondering what the heck this is all about. This is an exercise that targets the glutes by placing your feet up against any wall. What is great about this exercise video series is that there are multiple ways to target your various muscle groups. You choose the exercises that work best for you! To remind, what we seek to do here is provide you with simple exercises that improves your quality of life by both increasing muscle and spine health while simultaneously striving to help reduce and/or eliminate pain. Today’s exercise video, the “Wall Figure Four” is designed to improve the flexibility of your glutes from a very relaxed position.
