Greetings and welcome back to Austin’s TexStar Chiropractic’s blog and the fifth (of eight) videos depicting quality of life enhancing home exercises that you can do to address persistent and nagging neck and upper back pain. To remind, what we seek to do here is provide you with simple exercises that both improve your quality of life by both increasing muscle and spine health while simultaneously striving to help reduce and/or eliminate pain.
Today’s exercise video, “Neck Flexion and Extensions”, is designed to build range of motion within the neck to rescue overall neck pain. The feedback we get is that this is one of the most simple, yet productive exercises presented within this series so far.
